<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately use, in other applications, route data obtained from a moving customer. <P>SOLUTION: Card readers 31 are arranged at a plurality of spots in a shopping mall 3. When the IC card 30 carried by a customer approaches a predetermined proximity position of the card readers 31, the card reader 31 reads the card identification number from the IC card 30, and transmits the read card identification number and the card reader identification number of itself to a route data management device 1. Upon reception of the card identification number and card reader identification number, the route data management device 1 specifies the passage spot of the customer from the received card reader identification number, and registers route pattern data, which is composed of spot identification names of three spots, i.e., the specified passage spot, the previous passage spot of the customer, and the passage spot before the previous passage spot, into a route pattern DB15 by correlating the route pattern data with the card identification number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
