<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack sheet for obtaining multi-functional cosmetic effect-efficacy, which is allowed to be continuously and integrally applied from a face to the lower jaw and the neck or to be applied by being divided into two pieces for the upper part of the face and for the lower part of the face to the neck. <P>SOLUTION: The cut lines are provided in the pack sheet at the front parts of contour edges. The sheet is easily applied without requiring time and labor for the work to spread the folded sheet impregnated with or applied with a drug solution. The respective cut lines 6, 11, are 13 are separated when the sheet is used, so that the sheet covers in a continuous fan shape from the face to the neck by way of both end sides of the end of the lower jaw and the throat. A plurality of perforated cut lines 4 are vertically arranged in parallel in respective sheet pieces corresponding to a nose, a jaw, and the neck in order to attain horizontal spreading, and then, slitted in the direction of the lines of the fibers of nonwoven cloth.
