<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scandia-stabilized zirconia sintered powder used in a method for producing a sintered sheet in a good productivity, which has strength higher than that of a sintered sheet, obtained by using only unsintered powder of scandia-stabilized zirconia, although a once sintered scandia-stabilized recycled zirconia powder is used in the sintered sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The scandia-stabilized zirconia sintered powder has a mean particle diameter (De) exceeding 0.3 μm and up to 1.5 μm as determined with a transmission electron microscope, a mean particle diameter (Dr) exceeding 0.3 μm and up to 3.0 μm as determined by a laser scattering method, and a ratio of the mean particle diameter determined by the laser scattering method to the mean particle diameter determined with the transmission electron microscope, (Dr/De), of 1.0 to 2.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
