<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress partial wear of a seat surface Q of a body side that slides in surface-contact with an intermediate gear 14 to prevent decrease of efficiency of transmission of an output transmission mechanism, when the intermediate gear 14 is urged in a thrust direction, in the output transmission mechanism of a throttle apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Upon pressing the intermediate gear 14 with a load F3 in the axial direction, resultant force of two loads F1, F2 applied to the intermediate gear 14 acts with a tilt in the axial direction of the intermediate gear 14 and causes nonuniform load distribution to the seat surface Q of a boss 19. As the result, surface pressure distribution on the seat surface Q becomes also nonuniform, so that partial wear is likely to be produced. Accordingly, the shape of the seat surface Q is set so that a pressure receiving area will vary in accordance with load distribution so as to uniform surface pressure caused by the partial load. More specifically, a high load area Q1 is formed to have a wider area and a low load area Q2 is formed to have a narrow area. Consequently, occurrence of partial wear on the seat surface Q can be suppressed, and the intermediate gear 14 can be rotated without a tilt, so that high efficiency of transmission can be maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
