A method and system for offering an on-line based student peer mentoring program sponsored by at least one school and operated by at least one student apprentice and at least one student mentor, using a social networking website which facilitates a student participant to access a plurality of training web link modules to first be trained by a student peer mentor of more advanced training, and then to train at least one student peer protégé of less advanced training. The goal is for the student participant to become a mentor and then an apprentice for at least one business owner, and for the student apprentice to establish a relationship with another school to join the on-line based student peer mentoring program. The plurality of training web link modules includes instruction and training relating to academic curriculum, a literacy program and a social curriculum. |
