PURPOSE: An electronic card and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the damage of a display device by reducing pressure through a protection layer. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device(110) is mounted on a rear printing layer(101b). A display device(120) is connected to the semiconductor device by being mounted on the rear printing layer. A protection layer is formed on the display device. A bonding layer(130) is formed on the rear printing layer and the semiconductor device. A front printing layer(101a) is arranged on the bonding layer and the protection layer. The protection layer is formed as a gel type.
