<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control accuracy of thickness by using a low viscosity material and using a plate of shallow plate depth as a transfer mold for forming a black matrix equipped with spacer. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer mold 1 of intaglio printing in which patterns of recessed parts at intervals of an intaglio printing projection member 4 at least have patterns of a light shielding part of a color filter by stacking an intaglio printing base material 3 having UV ray transmissivity and detachability to a light shielding member when it is exposed and hardened and the intaglio printing projection member 4 having mold-release characteristics by which the light shielding member when it is exposed and hardened is detached and a light blocking effect on a UV ray transmission substrate 2 for transfer, a recessed part 10 for spacer is provided like a stage trap on the intaglio printing base material 3b of a recessed part 5 at a required position in the transfer mold 1, the light shielding member 6 is applied to the whole plate surface of the transfer mold 1, the light shielding member 6 of the recessed part is hardened by being irradiated with UV ray from the substrate side of the transfer mold 1 after drying the light shielding member 6, the light shielding member at a non-hardened part is developed, removed and transferred to a substrate 7 for color filter via adhesive bond 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
