A FRACTIONAL DISTILLATION DEVICE OF TERNARY SEPARATION WITH INTERNALLY HEAT-INTEGRATED DISTILLATION COLUMN

PURPOSE: A three components fractional distilling apparatus is provided to facilitate operations and maintenance and to improve the separating efficiency of BTX three components by reducing power required for operating the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A three components fractional distilling apparatus is composed of a first column and a second column. The first column is divided into an upper side(A1) and a lower side. The second column is divided into an upper side and a lower side(B2). An inner heat exchanging distilling column(C) is installed between the upper side of the first column and the lower side of the second column. The lower side of the first column is located at the cell of the inner heat exchanging distilling column. The upper side of the second column is located at the tube of the inner heat exchanging distilling column. A plurality of tubes is arranged in the inner heat exchanging distilling column and implements a heat exchanging process with respect to the cell. A BTX mixture is transferred between the upper side of the first column and the lower side of the second column.
