The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the devices for continuous casting of steel. A device includes a base, on which a rotating column is mounted in upper and lower fixed bearing supports and equipped with a hollow horizontal console rigidly connected to a platform. On the platform a power cylinder is installed and a bracket carrying a removable immersion cup is secured on pins. The bracket has possibility of rotation in the vertical plane relative to the hollow console by means of a mechanism comprising a transmission shaft mounted inside the console in the bearing supports. At the end of the transmission shaft turned to the rotary column a lever is mounted, which is equipped with a roller located in a profiled guiding groove is made on the outer cylindrical surface of the casing of the upper fixed bearing support of the rotating column. The other end of the transmission shaft is rigidly connected to the pin of bearing bracket.
