| 摘要 |
A method for producing of thermal electrical n-PbTe: Bi comprises the placing of starting substances in quartz vacuum ampoule and then in the furnace. The ampoule with starting substances is preliminary heated, kept and then alloy is synthesized at high temperature, and cooled to room temperature. Produced ingots are grinded and pressed. High-pure lead, tellurium and bismuth are used as starting substances. |
