Device for control of change of position of electro-conductive or magneto=-dielectric surface includes a sensor as a spiral-like flat inductance coil made as a printed circuit card. The sensor is arranged as a group of spiral-like flat coils that are placed coaxially at given distance one from another and are made as a multi-layer printed card. The sensor is electrically connected to block of measurement and control.
