FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for production of non-smoking products of rustic tobacco envisages preparation of recipe components, extraction of Chinese magnolia vine with liquid carbon dioxide with corresponding miscella separation, cutting rustic tobacco and dandelion roots, drying them in microwave field till residual moisture content is nearly 20% at microwave field power providing for warming raw material inside the bits to 80-90C for no less than 1 hour. Then one performs their mixing, impregnation with separated miscella with extract content 0.03% of the mixture weight with simultaneous pressure boost, pressure reduction down till atmospheric level with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Then one adds apricot juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium or magnesium citrate and water to the mixture and moulds the produced mixture. The mixture is prepared at the following weight ratio with accuracy of 2%: rustic tobacco - 400; dandelion roots - 300; apricot juice concentrate in conversion to 70% of dry substances content - 90; sugar syrup in conversion to 70% concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70, water up to 1000. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures production a new non-smoking nicotine-containing rustic tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine. ^ 1 ex |
