<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic liner for a tank advantageously improving the quality of the plastic liner while achieving the efficiency of attachment work of a reinforcing member. <P>SOLUTION: There is prepared a bag body 30 which is obtained by forming a flexible film material into a bag-like shape, is swollen by filling gas or liquid inside, and includes the outer surface contacting at least the inner surface of a dome 28 and the inner surface of a part of a body 26 connecting to the dome 28. Before the reinforcing member 24 is attached to the surface of the dome 28, the shrunk bag body 30 is inserted through an opening 20 in the inner space S. After the reinforcing member 24 is inserted into the inner space S, the air as the gas is filled from the air supply source via a pipe passage 32 in the bag body 30 to let the bag body 30 tightly contact the inner surface of a thin structure 22. After the bag body 30 tightly contacts the inner surface of the thin structure 22, the reinforcing member 24 is attached to the surface of the dome 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
