<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with laminate outer package, in which a power generator is covered with a laminate film exterior body, configured to suppress temperature elevation inside the battery with laminate outer package or in an external terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A battery with laminate outer package (1) includes a laminate (10) and a laminate film exterior body (20) covering the laminate (10).
