<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head for easily and accurately adjusting a position of an ejection port surface in a direction vertical to the ejection port surface for ejecting a liquid by improving a problem of displacement of a liquid ejection head due to bonded anchorage. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head 100 has a plurality of screws 1430 which are disposed at both ends of the liquid ejection head 100 in an arrangement direction with which a plurality of recording elements 1102 are arranged, and in which when the head 100 is mounted to a liquid ejection device 3000, the end part contacts with the liquid ejection device 3000 in the direction vertical to the ejection port surface 1106 of the recording element substrate 1100.
