A method, server and system for processing emergency call in Push to talk Over Cellular (PoC) service is provided by the present invention. The method includes that a PoC server receives an emergency call request transmitted by an initiating party (21); the PoC server enables a mobile terminal as a partner to join in an established emergency call group based on said emergency call request, and the first partner of said emergency call group is a dispatcher (22); the PoC server forwards the bidirectional session between said mobile terminal and said dispatcher (23). The embodiments of the present invention can provide emergency call in PoC service.
