<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic processing device for suppressing strangeness felt by a user with respect to an acoustic signal superimposed with an additional acoustic signal, and provide electronic equipment including the acoustic processing device. <P>SOLUTION: In the acoustic processing device, an acoustic signal analyzing section 81 analyzes an acoustic signal. An adjusting method determining section 83, an acoustic signal adjusting section 84, and an additional acoustic signal adjusting section 85 adjust an acoustic signal and an additional acoustic signal based on the analysis result of the acoustic signal analyzing section 81. A superimposing section 86 superimposes the adjusted additional acoustic signal on the adjusted acoustic signal. Accordingly, a degree for adjusting the additional acoustic signal is suppressed as compared with a case where only the additional acoustic signal is adjusted to obtain a predetermined effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
