<p>A making method of a universal serial bus (USB) head and a universal serial bus (USB) head. The making method of the USB head comprises: putting a metal flake with two closed ends into a first die and applying a first injection; removing a sprue portion and a top positioning portion of the metal flake of the product which has been first injected, and obtaining a product after the first injection; putting the product after the first injection into a second die and applying a second injection; removing the exposed positioning portion of the metal flake of the product after the second injection and obtaining a USB head desired. In the USB head, there are four metal flakes with a given space. Two ends of the metal flake are closed.</p> |
