FURNITURE ADJUSTABLE TO STANDING SUPPORT POSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily move an entire part of a furniture which can be adjusted from a using position to a standing support position and vice versa.

SOLUTION: The furniture has a seat surface and/or reclining surface which can be adjusted to the standing support position from the using position and vice versa and at least partly lifted and/or lowered in the standing support position more than in the using position. In the furniture, a plurality of rollers for moving the furniture are provided. A fixing means is provided for locking at least one roller. The fixing means forcibly locks at least one roller while the seat surface and/or reclining surface is adjusted from the using position to the standing support position.
