PURPOSE: An operating handle is provided to easily and fast operate an operation panel by repetitively rotating an operating rod at a constant range. CONSTITUTION: A groove is formed in a target part for operation. An operating handle(50) operates an operation panel by rotating the target part for operation. A body part(52) includes a protrusion part(54). The protrusion part is inserted into the groove. A rotation restricting part(58) is combined with the one end part of the body part. The rotation restricting part restricts the reversal rotating of the body part.
