DISPERSIBILITY IMPROVER FOR FLAME RETARDANT, THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersibility improver for a flame retardant that improves the dispersibility of a flame retardant in a thermoplastic resin and improves the flame retardancy of the resultant molded article.

SOLUTION: The dispersibility improver for a flame retardant includes an alkyl methacrylate polymer containing not less than 50 mass% alkyl methacrylate unit having a 2C or more alkyl group. A thermoplastic resin composition includes the dispersibility improver for a flame retardant, a thermoplastic resin, a flame retardant and if needed, a polytetrafluoroethylene-containing resin. A molded article is produced by molding the thermoplastic resin composition.
