<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical training device to be easily used by a user to train his or her body. <P>SOLUTION: The physical training device 1 includes: a body part 10; a movable part 20 rotatable with respect to the body part 10; a first motor provided in the body part 10 to thereby rotate the movable part 20; and a rotor 23 rotated by a second motor constituting the movable part 20. A centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotor 23 and the movable part 20 train the body of a user. A second rotary shaft J2 of the second motor and a first rotary shaft J1 of the first motor are located to be orthogonal to each other.
