<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an adhesive film having a better patterned form, and to provide a photosensitive adhesive sheet used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive adhesive sheet 4a has a substrate 2 and a photosensitive adhesive film 1 provided on the substrate 2. The photosensitive adhesive sheet is used for forming a patterned adhesive film using the method including: a step of bonding the photosensitive adhesive sheet to an adherend so that the photosensitive adhesive film and the adherend become opposite to each other; a step of exposing the photosensitive adhesive film after removal of the substrate; and a step of developing the exposed photosensitive adhesive film to form the patterned adhesive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
