<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilation structure of a building which can suitably prevent an occurrence of dew condensation under the floor. <P>SOLUTION: A building 10 is provided on a foundation 11. A spacer 17 is between an upper surface 13 of the foundation 11 and a base 18 of the building 10, and a communication passage 23 is formed by the spacer 17. An underfloor space 15 surrounded by the foundation 11 is communicated with outdoor space via the communication passage 23. A guide member 35 is provided on the outdoor side of the foundation 11. The guide member 35 is provided opposite to the outer surface of the foundation 11, and a ventilation passage 39 for dehumidifying air therethrough is formed between the outer surface of the foundation 11 and the guide member 35. The ventilation passage 39 communicates with the underfloor space 15 via the communication passage 23, then outside air flows into the underfloor space 15 via the ventilation passage 39 and the communication passage 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
