A method and device for distributing the cell resource are disclosed by the present invention, which relate to a mobile network, and the present invention is invented for solving the problem that the existing router and resource joint distribution policy can't reasonably distribute the cell resource in the practical application. The method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps of receiving sub channel information of a terminal and the sub channel information of nodes neighboring with the terminal which are both reported by the terminal; determining the cell level sub channel and the share level sub channel according to the sub channel information of a terminal and the sub channel information of nodes neighboring with the terminal, distributing the cell level sub channel to the terminal to be used as the direct sub channel, and distributing the share level sub channel to the terminal to be used as the relay sub channel. The present invention is applicable to the mobile communication system.
