TEST HANDLER HAVING RELIABLE TESTING FUNCTION AND RELIABLE TESTING METHOD BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A test handler and a reliability test method by the test handler are provided to simplify an entire test process about an LED by executing a quality test process about the LED and a reliability test process in an apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A probe sanctions reverse voltage to the chip of an LED and measures an electrical characteristic. An optical property measurement part measures an optical property which is generated when the reverse voltage is sanctioned to the chip of the LED. A controller(600) execute a reliability test about the LED cased on the electrical characteristic and an optical property measurement value. The reliability test about the LED determines whether a leakage current is over than a predetermined standard value or not. The leakage current comprises a junction part leakage current and non-junction part leakage current.
