PURPOSE: A power rate reduction service system and a method thereof are provided to offer an economical charge system which is designed by the energy consumption of a user. CONSTITUTION: An energy management server(110) creates power expense information corresponding to the power consumption of a first user. A user information server stores the information about the first user and the second user. An expense adjustment server(121) creates communication fee adjustment information about the second user. A charging server(122) calculates the communication fee of the second user by reflecting the adjustment information.
