PURPOSE: A method for assembling an inner tube type MR fluid damper is provided to effectively inject MR fluid to a damper. CONSTITUTION: An MR fluid is injected through an injection hole. A rod integrated member is manufactured by assembling residual rod components. The rod integrated type is fixed by a jig and a nut. For blocking the outflow of MR fluid, the injection hole is authentically locked by a screw bolt. After manufacturing an inner tube integrate member, the jig is removed by releasing the nut. The inner-component binding is harden through a rolling after the inner tube integrated type is put inside the out cylinder.
