PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an oriental medicinal cosmetic product is provided to easily absorb active ingredients into the skin and to treat atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an oriental medicinal cosmetic product comprises: a step of mixing 55-65 wt% of pulverized or sliced Oputia humifusa, 20-30 wt% of functional oriental medicinal ingredient containing one or more of placenta, Bombycis Corpus, Pinelliae Tuber, Cervi Parvum Cornu, ginseng, Corni Fructus, and Atractylodis Rhizoma alba, 15-20 wt% of one or more nitrogen source among casein, starch, soybean cake, wheat bran, rice bran, and brown rice powder to prepare ingredients; a step of performing primary inoculation of Kingdom Fungi into a medium containing the ingredients; a step of culturing at proper temperature and moisture to prepare a primary fermentation; a step of sterilizing microorganism by applying sterilization gas to the primary fermentation; a step of performing secondary inoculation of Kingdom Fungi to the primary fermentation; a step of culturing at proper temperature and moisture to prepare a secondary fermentation; a step of fermenting once more to prepare a third fermentation; a step of mixing the third fermentation with an alcohol solution; and a step of compressing at 40-60°C.
