A SLEF-CALIBRATION MOTHEOD FOR VEHICLE DETECTION SYSTEM USING DSRC ROAD SIDE EQUIPMENT AND ON BOARD UNIT

PURPOSE: A self-calibration method of an image sensing system using a Hi-pass vehicle terminal and RSE(Road Side Equipment) are provided to obtain accurate vehicle speed information through calibration using a vehicle speed detection value. CONSTITUTION: A camera of an image sensing system is installed in a pole and photographs a vehicle on a road. The camera obtains traffic information by photographing the road. Movable RSE includes a Hi-pass terminal, a communication unit, and a pole and obtains information by recognizing the Hi-pass terminal mounted on a vehicle.
