PURPOSE: A wire rod binding device is provided to save the time and cost for alternating a driving portion by only separating a driving portion through the installation of a driving portion and a binding hook. CONSTITUTION: A wire rod binding device comprises a binding hook(30), a driving portion(50), first and second brackets(70,80). The binding hook holds the wire. The driving portion transfers the binding hook and holds the wire. The binding hook is rotatably installed in the first bracket. The driving portion is installed in the second bracket. The first and second brackets are separably installed to the main body. The first bracket comprises a rotary hole portion, a connecting unit and a extending unit.
