PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing crystalline nebivolol hydrochloride is provided to improve elution rate in vivo. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains an active ingredient containing crystalline nebivolol hydrochloride and pharmaceutically acceptable additive including starch. The weight ratio of the crystalline nebivolol hydrochloride and starch is 1:15-1:40. The composition is manufactured in a form of a solid oral formulation. A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition comprises: a step of mixing the crystalline nebivolol hydrochloride and additives including starch; and a step of molding the mixture.
