PURPOSE: An electric-electronic apparatus and an LED light emitting device are provided to improve thermal emission efficiency by directly touching an LED chip and a cooling fin and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(430) is electrically connected to an electrode part which is formed in an electric electronic element. A cooling fin(440) is located in the lower side of the PCB and the electric electronic element. The cooling fin emits a heat which is created from the electric electronic element. The cooling fin comprises a double angle part(440-1) which is formed in the electric electronic element. The PCB comprises an opening which is formed in the location corresponding to the electric electronic element. A cooling pad is located between the electric electronic element and the double angle part of the cooling fin. |
