PURPOSE: A bio-compatible fiber complex and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve crystalline and mechanical properties and bio compatibility. CONSTITUTION: A bio-compatible fiber complex contains polyvinyl alcohol and gelatin. The fiber complex is crosslinked by methanol. A manufacturing method of the bio-compatible fiber complex includes: a step of preparing mixture of gelatin and polyvinyl alcohol; and a step of electrospinning by using the mixture.
