When MBS information is updated, a base station transmits a first message which comprises: a service flow update identifier that identifies a method for expressing the current MBS identifier and flow identifier to be updated; information on the current MBS identifier and flow identifier expressed according to the method identified by the service flow update identifier; and new MBS information. A terminal transmits a second message to the base station in response to the first message.
