CRYOPROTECTANT SOLUTION FOR NON-PROGRAMMED CELL CRYOPRESERVATION

A cryoprotectant solution for unprogrammed cell cryopreservation is provided, which comprises 1.0-28w/v% of protectant for cell membrane, 1.0-18 w/v% of permeating intracellular protectant, 3.0-28 w/v% of stabilizer for cell precipitation, and the balance solvent. The cryoprotectant solution is good for protecting cells. After adding the cryoprotectant solution to the cells, the cells can be cryopreserved in -80 ? refrigerator directly without complicated programmed cryopreservation, thus the time for cell cryopreservation is shorten greatly, efficiency of cryopreservation is improved. Therefore the cryoprotectant solution is suitable for cryopreserving a great deal of cells. The rate of cell recovery after cryopreservation is high, the growth and differentiation of the recovered cells is normal. The components of the cryoprotectant solution are stable, thus the cryoprotectant solution can be preserved with good property for a long time. The cryoprotectant solution can be used directly without additional preparation or dilution steps. Different batches of the cryoprotectant solution have good stability.
