<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and useful service using action history information which is the utilization history information of transportation means and facilities. <P>SOLUTION: An action history management server 10 comprises an action history DB 11 for storing action history information including a ticket gate passing log indicating the utilization contents of a mobile object (railroad, for instance) and an electronic money receiving and paying log indicating the utilization contents of electronic money, refers to electronic money utilization history information included in the action history information to specify users who have utilized an analysis object facility specified as an analysis object, refers to the ticket gate passing log to specify users who have visited the analysis object facility by utilizing the mobile object among the specified users, refers to the electronic money receiving and paying log to specify use start locations where the respective specified users have started using the mobile object, sums up the use start locations of the respective specified users, prepares sum-up result information (boarding station sum-up graph, for instance) indicating a sum-up result, and outputs the prepared sum-up result information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
