<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation device with a seal structure that can prevent an annular rubber member from wearing or peeling without requiring a rotation stopping structure. <P>SOLUTION: A seal member 120 is configured so that an annular rubber member 120b is disposed in an annular storage chamber 120c of an annular resin member 120a. Thus, the annular rubber member 120b is not directly in contact with a drive shaft 54, and the annular rubber member 120b can be prevented from wearing or peeling without requiring a rotation stopping structure for the seal member 120. Furthermore, the seal member includes first and second communication ports 120e, 120f, so that a braking fluid pressure is applied to compartments 120k, 120m obtained by dividing the annular storage chamber 120c using the annular rubber member 120b. Thus, the annular rubber member 120b is pressed, and then is elastically deformed, and accordingly, the annular resin member 120a is expanded by the elastic force.
