PURPOSE: A motor with a grounding structure is provided to be comprised as a closed structure by combining a grounding line to the inside of a motor case, thereby reducing manufacturing costs by reducing the number of parts and omitting a protection cover protecting the grounding line in the outside. CONSTITUTION: A motor case provides a space in the inside. A stator is provided in the motor case. A rotor is arranged in the inside of the stator. A circuit board is provided in the motor case. A motor cover is combined in the motor case with a combining member. A cable(11) comprises a power line and data line connected to the circuit board. A grounding line(15) is provided in the circuit board or cable.
