<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes: an active layer 212 of a thin film transistor, which is formed on a substrate 10 and including a semiconductor substance; a bottom electrode 312 of a capacitor, which is formed on the substrate and including a semiconductor substance in which impurity ions are doped; a first insulating layer 13 formed on the substrate so as to cover the active layer 212 and the bottom electrode 312; a gate electrode of the thin film transistor, which is formed on the first insulating layer 13 and configured by successively laminating a first gate electrode 214 including a metal, a second gate electrode 215 including a transparent conductive substance and a third gate electrode 216 including a metal; a pixel electrode formed on the first insulating layer 13 and configured by successively laminating a first pixel electrode 114 including a metal and a second pixel electrode 115 including a transparent conductive substance; and a top electrode of the capacitor, which is formed on the first insulating layer 13 and configured by successively laminating a first top electrode 314 including a metal and a second top electrode 315 including a transparent conductive substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
