<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional content transmission system having a purpose to reduce acquisition time of a specified content, the conventional content transmission system not considering reducing acquisition time when delivering advertisement and the like which have a low update frequency of content and deteriorating quality of video/audio content when sending-out speed of advertisement content extremely changes in case that a broadcast system multiplexes video/audio content and advertisement content, and sends them. <P>SOLUTION: According to the present invention, it makes it possible to prevent deterioration of quality of video/audio content and to broadcast advertising content regionally specific which an end user desires or nationwide, by adding a data content controller.
