The gearbox has a spindle (1) including a raceway groove (11), and a movable body (2) arranged around the spindle. A running groove (21) of the body forms a channel passing through the raceway groove. A reconducting element (3) is arranged at the movable body. A sensor device (5) comprises a hall element and a magnetic member (51) e.g. permanent magnet, and is arranged at the movable body. The sensor device detects a circulation rate of rolling bodies (4) per unit time at constant moving velocity of the gearbox, where the circulation rate per unit time is defined as circulation speed.
