<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of preventing unauthorized release of operational restriction on a working machine. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device 20 comprises a GPS dongle 200 for acquiring current position information, and a PC 100 for acquiring installation planned position information that indicates a planned position to install a working machine 30 registered in advance in a server device 10, which is a supplier side device of the working machine 30, from the server device 10. The electronic device 20 compares the acquired current position information with the acquired installation planned position information and determines whether the current position is within a certain range with respect to the installation planned position which is registered in advance. The electronic device 20 determines whether a predetermined condition is satisfied if the current position is determined to be within the certain range with respec to the installation planned position.
