<p>The invention consists of a hydrogen-generating assembly of devices having a production system based on the release of the hydrogen produced when caustic soda comes into contact with aluminium and the resulting isothermal reaction occurs. The production speed is adjusted according to the speed of the soda feed pumps which deposit said soda in the reactor containing the aluminium. The hydrogen produced is released through the upper part into the boiler. Once the operating temperature is reached, the electrolyser element operates by means of resonant frequency, reducing the start-up consumption and generating hydrogen which also enters the boiler. Moisture is eliminated from the boiler and a flame trap is provided at the outlet thereof. An electrovalve controls the passage of gas into the circuit and an ozone generator can be used to increase the combustion agent. The invention includes control mechanisms and sensors suitable for the correct operation thereof.</p> |
