PURPOSE: A fruit peeling apparatus is provided to collect peeled fruits falling after a cutter peels the skin of the fruits using a supporter, by interlocking the movement timing of the supporter and the falling timing of the fruits. CONSTITUTION: A fruit peeling apparatus comprises the following: a rotating unit(6) including a fixing rod(5) for fixing fruits, and a cam plate connected to a motor(62); a cutting unit(4) including a cutter(41) rotating by being connected to the cam plate, mounted on one side of a main body(2) for rotating the fruits for peeling; a horizontal bar(82) contacting a cam protruded from the bottom of the cam plate; a vertical bar(83) with a rack gear(84) on the lower side, located on the bottom of the horizontal bar; an interlocking rod(8) installed to hinge-connect the center of the vertical bar to the main body for rotating; and a rotating member(9) including a pinion gear(92) coupled with the rack gear, and a supporter(94) receiving the fruits. |
