PURPOSE: A measurement system for a three-dimensional scanner is provided to fast and precisely obtain information about a three dimensional shape by generating location information on a laser with a trigonometry. CONSTITUTION: A laser diode(10) emits the point light source of a monochromatic light. A collimator(20) changes a point light source laser into a collimated light laser. A micro biaxial precision drive mirror(30) projects a linear laser on a measurement object(60) and scans the measurement object at a high speed. A two dimension sensor array(40) receive light which is reflected on the measurement object. An objective lens(50) forms the phase of a laser shape. The measurement object for measurement is placed on a stage(70).
