<p>PURPOSE: An enzyme-carbon structure complex, a method for manufacturing the same, and the use of the same are provided to stably fix plenty of enzymes to a longitudinally stretched carbon structure without the formation of a covalent bond between the enzymes and the carbon structure. CONSTITUTION: Enzymes are absorbed on the surface of a longitudinally stretched carbon structure(101). A precipitating agent is added to the carbon structure by precipitating the absorbing enzymes. A cross-linking agent is added to carbon nanotubes to form a cross-linking bond between the precipitated enzymes. The surface of the carbon structure is non-modified. An enzyme-carbon structure complex includes the carbon structure and a shell(102) containing the enzymes.</p> |
