<p>The turbine has a solid outer pressure hull, which has a stator and rotor concentrically installed inside with a gap. It's made in the form of a cylindrical drum, the inner cavity of which is connected to the steam generator. The nozzles of inclined curved form in cross-section of the drum in direction from internal to external diameter of the mentioned wall are made in the rotor drum. The nozzles are designed in convex form in rotational direction; they are equally spaced in circumferential direction and connected with inner cavity of the rotor by means of inlets. The outlets are facing towards radial or inclined flat blades in the gap, fixed on internal surface of the stator, number of which exceeding the number of nozzles in the rotor for 1 -10%. Stator and rotor are designed with several stages so called rows of blades and nozzles. They are shifted relative to each other on the outer surface of rotor along the axis of roll of the rotor and in the angular direction of its circumference. Vents for escape of the exhaust steam into the zone of the secondary steam, i.e. into zone of bleeding, designed in the stator radially in the spacing between blades. The radial deflector vanes are installed on the rotor. This allows reaching higher efficiency of the turbine at the expense of reduction of internal energy losses as well as the losses of energy with exit velocity, stabilization of rotor spinning, reduction of thermal pollution.</p> |
