<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film electrode and solar cell using the same which is excellent in environmental resistance and can be produced inexpensively and simply. <P>SOLUTION: The organic thin film electrode, composed of layers of a first electrode layer, hole transport layer, power generation layer, electron transport layer, and second electrode, laminated in this order on a substrate surface, is characterized by that resistance change rate of the hole transport layer after environmental resistance test is 1.1 or lower and work function of the hole transport layer is 4.9 eV or higher and 5.1 eV or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
