<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for applying an adhesive, which can apply the adhesive to a sheet-like base material in a plurality of predetermined patterns, can improve an extra value of a bubble sheet, and further can apply the adhesive to the sheet-like base material in a thin layer; and to provide a bubble sheet with the adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for applying the adhesive includes: an adhesive applying unit 3; a transfer belt 2 to which the adhesive is applied by the adhesive applying unit; and a pressure roller 4 for pressing the traveling sheet-like base material 11 against the transfer belt 2 to which the adhesive is applied and for transferring the adhesive to the sheet-like base material. The adhesive applying unit 3 is arranged corresponding to a width direction of the sheet-like base material 11, has a plurality of on-off valves for controlling ON and OFF of the adhesive application and a body of the applying unit 3, and applies the adhesive to one or more application region having a predetermined application width and predetermined application position corresponding to the on-off valve and a predetermined application length corresponding to ON time of the adhesive application. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
